And on this date dasharo, kheraun, kusahna, and purani bakhri, will have their first mukhiya after jharkhand being a separate state.village kheraun also comes under dasharo panchayat and competition will must be seen for mukhiya ( chief post )post in panchayat, kheraun will be key factor this time.Eight candidates are in the ring, so lets see who ring the bell.
candidate who can grant 450 - 500 votes in his favour will surely see the gate of victory.
this seat is reserved for women but votes will be just formality . real king will be men only.
So on this basis Raju yadav , son of former mukhiya is a strong contestent but muslim candidate will surely get all the votes of muslims.And we must not ignore candidte from village kheraun, Suniya masomat . she is a widow of a social worker , a well renowned and reputed person late shyam sunder yadav. And sympathy votes will really be in favour of her, and main cause of fear for other candidates is that two large crowds namely kusahna people, and purni bakhri along with keraun people are hardcore supporters for suniya masomat on the crediblity of shyam sunder yadav.
she is very generous lady and she deserves this post.

Now a days many colleges started raising their funds from students in the form of penality. Now college students are behaved like school children and they are bound in college campuses and not to roam here and there and its not because college management wants students to be disciplined or to get them into studies but just for sort of penalities and fund raising .
management coleges are really now doing "management".
Many colleges in delhi are applying this funda, they are just befooling students. managements have lost their morals. Students are victimised and they can't study according to their choice now. They are forced to attend lectures.And a survey says that only 13% students learn if they are forcefully taught. and of course why one will attend lecture if it seems boring to him.
So again education system in India needs a reconsideration......
I dont know, why professors or lecturers dont watch movies ???
They should watch 3 idiots ......
If they have already seen this movie then i will complain to Aamir that his message is not very clear..in the movie, what modern days students want and what they expect from their teachers????
Or if they have not seen this, they should watch......
I tell u very interesting thing if you are a teacher then put one thing in your mind, never say your students " you are careless or you are useless "because i tell you, No one and Nothing in this world remain useless or careless .It always be cared LESS and used LESS.
so please teachers start caring about your students and use them.. they wont be useless and careless.
And for managements, they should stop befooling students and other fraudulent activities. If thay really want raising funds, they should mend their ways and try to sustain in business or doors will shut down soon.
they should do management and marketing in different style.
students are their products as well as their consumers so they should care about them , satiate their hunger for knowledge by putting in some interest generating faculty, and treat students well .
And students themselves will do marketing for these colleges if they deserve . and really have a class for study. Because a class bunking student also judges teachers in his mind..
Being a marketing personnel i believe that in today's market consumer is KING and in this case Student are consumer so they are KING

parliament passed 50 % reservation to females in jharkhand panchayat polls.
its a great gift to women of jharkhand .now they don't need to be in kitchen only, they will be leading and representing the village judicial systems.
its a nice and big step in the direction of women upheaval...
so will it be very soon that male politians be no more in elections now???.
I think it may be a right step towards rectifying corruption from jharkhand, because stats say that women are less corrupt and criminal type in behaviour.
and very soon jharkhand may be leading and women will be leading jharkhand
very soon a new website for all jharkhand's student and people residing outside of jharkhand will be launched ...
